We met Larry through a real estate agent referral when we needed someone to repair significant dry rot in order to complete the escrow for our home sale. Larry and his team were outstanding, prompt and neat, and he completed the job on time and on budget. Subsequently, we used Larry to work on some improvements at our new location. There is absolutely nothing that he cannot do, and he has the years of experience to prove it.
We used him to customize several closets, cover a outside patio, and do specialized things that would have required me to spend more money and make repeated trips to the hardware store to accomplish. He did everything with a pleasant demeanor and in an extremely professional manner.
Without a doubt, Larry Kilby is the finest construction person my wife and I have ever employed, and that extends to 11 homes and 8 states where we've lived. I'm happy to give him five stars, although I'd give him more if I could. You simply will not find a better value wherever you may look.

I would highly recommend Larry Kilby for all your home repairs.He is always on time and he keeps his word, and thats rare these days.His workers are polite and do an outstanding job. Everything that Larry has done for me is top notch, his prices are fair what more can I say but the best of the best

I have had Kilby Construction do repair work as well as improvements at my home over the last few years. Their work has always been excellent and exactly what I asked for. Always on time and completed the work when they said they would. They are very honest about what needs to be done and all the workers are pleasen and respectful of our home. I reccomend them for any job large or small.
